Supporting the local community

• We support local charities in Bath on an ongoing basis.

• Cassia’s staff are offered up to two paid days per year to work for local good causes.

• We will engage with local residents, business and retail groups, and try to always support other local independent firms.

• We want to get to know our customers – to help grow our business and to help them to grow their networks, friendship groups and social circles.

• Cassia does not discriminate (among staff or guests) on the grounds of race, ethnicity, sexuality, gender or ability – everyone is welcome.

The environment matters

Wherever possible, we will:

• Buy local: this may include food and drinks, consultancy, printing, IT – basically anything we can reasonably source locally we will!

• Buy ethical: we will endeavor to make sure that all the firms we work with share our values.

• The environment matters, and we will ensure that all our disposable products are recycled and biodegradable where possible.

• At Cassia we offer a plant-focused menu because we believe that a move towards more plants and less meat in our diets helps the environment.
