Our team
Cassia was founded by Anna Sabine and Tom Graham after they found themselves trapped in the first lockdown together and started brainstorming new business ideas.
We’ve tried to blend the best elements of co-working, a café and a bar into one smorgasbord of great food, excellent company and stylish surroundings.
We do this with our team.
Tom is our General Manager.
Before Cassia he was GM at The Bunch of Grapes in Bradford on Avon; before that he’s worked in a variety of hotels, restaurants and cafes from Bath to New Zealand.

Favourite cocktail: Margaritas
When not working: Tom can be found chasing people’s dogs round parks shouting “puppyyyyy” in a slightly alarming attempt to play with them (the dogs not the owners).
Anna is Cassia’s owner.
She also runs a communications consultancy and is an executive coach. She has no particular hospitality experience apart from a disastrous season working in a French hotel, but she is hoping that her years of business acumen, ability to pull together a great team and some coffee training is going to get her through.

When not working: Anna is a (very) amateur golfer.
Buddy is Cassia’s Chief Mascot.
A working cocker spaniel and a Very Good Boy.
Likes: Chasing his cat siblings, chewing, waggling his bum, being told he’s a Very Good Boy.
Favourite cocktail: Singapaw Sling
When not working: He sleeps.
